Refund Policy

Please contact us if there are any faults on your order within one day from the date of your order, we will make your order again or give you a refund. However, if contacting us after 1 day from the date of your order, refund or re-making your order is not possible as rice cakes must be consumed within one day. You must freeze the rice cake if cannot be consumed within one day. There will be no refund or re-making your rice cake if you did not follow the recommended methods of how to store/ how to defrost the rice cakes.

떡에 이상이 있을 경우, 주문하신 바로 다음날 까지 연락을 주시면 떡을 다시 만들어 드리거나, 환불해드립니다. 그 이상의 시간이 지나면 하루 안에 소비되어야 하는 떡의 특성에 따라 보상해 드릴 수 없습니다. 보관법이 잘못 되었을 경우의 대한 떡의 이상 또한 보상이 안됩니다.
